Export Policy

We try to accommodate most export requests. There is a minimum invoice amount for all exports of just $300.00. Once you place the formal purchase order with us by email or fax it is non-cancelable. Merchandise is purchased immediately after the order is accepted and in many circumstances cannot be changed. Due to the rise in internet fraud we find it necessary to adhere to the following export policy, with the exception previous business transactions with our company. All sales for export must be sent to a United States freight forwarder, with a person of contact, telephone numbers and fax. This company must be verifiable by our company. The minimum order is $300.00 for all export shipments. All payments must be made by wire transfer to our financial institution. All wire transfers are subject to fees for the transfers, not to exceed $30.00 We can ship via U.P.S., Federal Express or DHL. We prefer to use the purchasers account number when possible. All duties and fees, export, import are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipments are FOB factory. We must have your complete physical addresses, along with a contact person, phone numbers and fax numbers. We reserve the right to refuse shipments. There are no returns or exchanges for export shipments.
