TETRAGLAS® NEEDLED BLANKET

 

Tetraglas® Needled Blanket is manufactured from 100% non-woven E-type fiberglass textile fibers. It is used in a variety of applications and specifically designed for use in aerospace, automotive, construction and industrial applications. Specific applications include: removable pads, furnace and oven insulation, pipe insulation, power generating equipment plus many more.

TETRAGLAS® 3000 KNEELING PADS

 

This product is manufactured with two layers of Tetraglas ® 3000-90 cloth, a layer of Tetraglas® 3000 batting, then quilted.

Currently used for the boiler industry but also has a wide variety of uses. Useful for maintenance personnel when repairing any piece of hot equipment for the purpose of kneeling without getting burned.

Can withstand temperatures to 2300°F with excursions to 3000°F.

• Available in 18"x18", 24"x24", & 36"x36" sizes

WELDING BLANKETS & CURTAINS

 

TETRAGLAS® - STYLE 60

(.065 THICK) is manufactured from texturized fiberglass yarns. Tetraglas® blankets will withstand temperatures to 1000°F in continuous service.

TETRAGLAS® 3000

(.090 THICK) is manufactured from texturized silica yarns.
Tetraglas® 3000 blankets will withstand temperatures to 2300°F in continuous service.

PLUMBER PADS

 

A mini welding curtain manufactured from Tetraglas ® 3000-90 cloth. This pad is sewn on all four sides and contains two grommets. A plumber can hang the small pad with two tacks on a wall to prevent burning the wall while spot welding a pipe.

The product can be individually packaged or bulk packed.
