MUST BE PAID FOR BY CREDIT CARD OR WIRE TRANSFER.

Export Policy

 We try to accommodate most export requests. There is a minimum invoice amount for all exports of just $200.00. Once you place the formal purchase order with us by email or fax it is non-cancelable. Merchandise is purchased immediately after the order is accepted and in many circumstances cannot be changed.

We can ship via U.P.S., Federal Express or DHL. We prefer to use the purchasers account number when possible.

All duties and fees, export, import are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipments are FOB factory. We must have your complete physical addresses, along with a contact person, phone numbers and fax numbers.

We reserve the right to refuse shipments. There are no returns or exchanges for export shipments. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and we accept wire transfers. All wire transfers have a $30.00 additional fee for charges assessed by the bank.
